1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Paliero, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Paliero on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Paliero is a web-based test platform for language schools. It provides tools for creating, administering, and grading CEFR-aligned placement tests. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each user must have their own account. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use Paliero only for lawful purposes related to language assessment and education. You may not use the platform to collect data for purposes unrelated to test administration, or to distribute harmful content.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all content you create on Paliero, including tests, questions, and media. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paliero offers paid subscription plans. Billing is handled directly between you and Paliero. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Paliero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
