When you sign up for Paliero, we collect your name, email address, school name, and password. When students take tests, we collect their name, email (if required by the school), and test responses including text and audio recordings.

We use your information to provide the Paliero platform, including creating and managing tests, scoring submissions, and generating reports. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
All data is stored in Montréal, Canada. We use Canadian data centers exclusively to comply with Canadian privacy and data residency requirements.
4. Data Retention
Data is retained for the duration of the account. Upon account closure, data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. Customers can request immediate deletion by contacting us.
5. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS 1.3), hashed passwords, and role-based access controls.
