1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Paliero, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Paliero on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Paliero is a bilingual web-based language assessment platform for Canadian evaluators, compatible with the CEFR, CLB, and NCLC frameworks.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Each user must have their own account. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use Paliero only for lawful purposes related to language assessment and education. The platform may not be used to collect data for other purposes or to distribute harmful content.
5. Your Data
You retain ownership of all content you create on Paliero. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Billing
Paliero offers a free tier and institutional plans. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
7. Limitation of Liability
Paliero is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
